Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any custom embroidery orders unless there is a mistake or error on our part. This includes but is not limited to incorrect embroidery, incorrect sizing, or defects in the product that are attributable to us. If you believe there is an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns.
Returns
Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than our error. It is important that you carefully review all details of your order before confirming it. This includes verifying the sizing, design, and any other specifications provided.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at axelruembroidery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us at axelruembroidery@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs (if applicable) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it directly to AxelRu. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
