By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you fully accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AxelRu’s website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 General 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements and contracts between AxelRu and its customers for custom embroidery, dog collars, and dog leashes.

1.2. Any variations or amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Orders and Payments

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by AxelRu. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason even after an order is placed. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

2.2. Prices are as quoted on our website or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.4. We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal.

 Custom Orders

3.1. For custom embroidery orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork and specifications. AxelRu will not be held responsible for errors in artwork provided by the customer.

3.2. Once a custom order is placed and payment is received, changes cannot be made to the design without additional fees and/or delays.

3.3. Custom orders may have longer processing times than standard products. Customers will be informed of estimated delivery times upon order confirmation. This is typically 3 weeks.

3.4 Custom orders have a standard $20 digitizing fee that is subject to change based on the complexity of the design.

3.5 Products supplied by AxelRu will either have a standard cost listed on the webite or be quoted $1.00 per 1,000 stitches. Products that are supplied by customer will begin at $2.00 per 1,000 stitches.

3.6 Customer provided items must be shown to AxelRu prior to being accepted for embroidery. You assume the risk that without at least 1 extra piece for a trial, the final order may not include all items that are collected at handoff due to the risk of machine or design malfunction.

Shipping and Delivery

4.1. AxelRu aims to ship orders in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information AxelRu will not be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

5.1. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.

5.2. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval by AxelRu and may be subject to restocking fees.

5.3. Customized items, including custom embroidery, are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

 Intellectual Property

6.1. All designs, artwork, and intellectual property created by AxelRu remain the property of AxelRu and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

 Limitation of Liability

7.1 AxelRu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with our products or services.

 Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
